The seventh match of the Hundred will be played between Trent Rockets and Northern Superchargers on July 26 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. While Trent Rockets suffered a loss against Southern Brave in the first game, Northern Superchargers registered a thumping win over Welsh Fire in their maiden outing in the tournament.

The number 1 T20I all-rounder had a good game against Southern Brave as she contributed with both bat and ball. She picked up 2-33 in 20 balls and muscled 44 off 29 balls, hitting eight boundaries. When she was batting the game was in Trent Rockets’ hand but after her departure there was a collapse and the team suffered a 23-run loss.

Opening the bowling, she bowled tight lines and lengths to give less than a run a ball. Though she went wicket-less, she gave away just 18 runs off 20 balls. With the bat, she chipped in with 22 runs, stitching a 66-run partnership with Natalie Sciver.

Jemimah Rodrigues (Northern Superchargers):

She scored a blistering 92 off 43 balls to steer her side to a 6-wicket win against Welsh Fire. Out of the 131 runs to be chased, Rodrigues muscled 92, smashing 17 boundaries and a six. Her unbeaten innings has been the stand-out performance of the tournament so far.

Alice Davidson-Richards (Northern Superchargers):

The all-rounder made contributions with both bat and ball. She bowled well under pressure, picking up 2-30 in 20 balls. With the bat, she mustered 23 not out off 28 balls and partnered with Rodrigues to see their side through.
