The Super Six, Group 2 match of the inaugural edition of the ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup will be played between Ireland and Pakistan on January 23 at North-West University No1 Ground in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The game will begin at 5.15 PM IST (1.45 PM LOCAL).
While Ireland will be playing their second and last match in the Super Six stage, Pakistan will be featuring in their first, with a game against New Zealand to go next on January 24.
Ireland lost to England by 121 runs in their first Super Six game after getting bowled out for 86 in the run chase of 208.

Abbi Harrison:
The right-handed middle-order batter of Ireland Women’s U19 top-scored with 16 off 23, including one boundary, in her last match against England Women’s U19. She came into bat in the fifth over and was there till the 13th, holding the innings from one end.
Aimee Maguire:
The wily left-arm spinner of Ireland Women’s U19 was one of the two wicket-takers in the last encounter against England Women’s U19. She scalped 24/1 in three overs and was the most economical bowler for her side. She also scored 14 off 15, batting at number nine.
Eyman Fatima:
The right-handed opening batter of Pakistan Women’s U19 won the player of the match award in her last fixture against Zimbabwe Women’s U19. She struck her second half-century of the tournament, muscling an unbeaten 62 off 35, including 10 fours and two sixes. She stitched a 100-run partnership with her opening partner Shawaal Zulfiqar to steer her side to a 10-wicket win.
Anosha Nasir:
The talented left-arm spinner of Pakistan Women’s U19 was the most successful bowler in the last encounter against Zimbabwe Women’s U19. She claimed 21/2 in four overs and was effective in the middle and death overs.

It will be the 10th game of the competition at this venue. Out of the nine matches played here till January 22, the teams batting first have won four, and the teams batting second have won five. The average first innings score is 95, and the average second innings score is 80. Expect a sluggish surface. Scoring runs will not be that easy. The spinners could play an important role.
