Shraddha Pokharkar, a promising left-arm fast bowler from Maharashtra has showcased her talent in domestic One-Day tournaments with 18 wickets in just 8 innings at an average of 11.72 and an economy of 3.66 including a 4-wicket and a 5-wicket haul each, she emerged as the 2nd highest wicket-taker in the tournament in the 2023-24 Senior Women’s One Day trophy.
She claimed 7 wickets in 5 innings with a 3.35 economy in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal T20, continuing her impressive form she secured 6 wickets in 6 innings with a 5.26 economy in this year’s Senior Women’s Inter Zonal T20 tournament.
For the 2024 WPL edition, she was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore Women as a replacement for the left-hand batter Kanika Ahuja, demonstrating her value as a versatile bowler with the ability to deliver under pressure.
