Danielle Wyatt began her cricketing journey at a young age, representing Staffordshire in 2005 when she was just 14. Her international debut against India in Mumbai on March 1, 2010, marked a compelling career playing as an opening all-rounder, Despite her early success as a batter, she faced setbacks in longer formats and had been excluded from the one-day sides of the 2013 Ashes.

Wyatt had a transition to bowling less while showing her power hitting, with an impressive strike rate of 136.16 in the Women’s County Championship in that game this earned him a spot in the 2016 World T20 squad, where she played at number six. Moving to Nottinghamshire in 2013, Wyatt’s talent caught the eye of Sussex County Cricket, where she was signed in 2016. She was part of England’s winning squad at the 2017 World Cup, followed by the ICC Women’s T20I Team of the Year.

Wyatt’s batting prowess shone once again in the 2018 Women’s Twenty20 Tri-Nations Series, where her century against India gave England a historic victory, earning her the highest chase success in WT20 history, her consistent efforts have earned her a deal with the Melbourne Renegades for the WBBL, a full central contract with the England and Wales Cricket Board in 2019 and a spot with the Southern Brave for The Hundred’s inaugural season in 2021. She also holds the record for the second-highest fourth-wicket partnership of 139 runs with English captain Heather Knight in 2017 against Australia.
