Vrinda is a trainee at the NICE Academy in Bengaluru and is completing her business administration degree as well.
In the year 2016, she was awarded as the best batswoman under 19 by the Karnataka State Cricket Association annual awards. Vrinda’s exceptional talent shone brightly on the international stage during the final of the ACC Emerging tournament in Hong Kong, where she delivered a brilliant performance for India under 23. Despite the challenging conditions of a low-scoring match on a sluggish surface, Vrinda showcased her determination contributing a gutsy 29 balls and 36 runs with a 124.1 strike rate in the finals that proved to be crucial in securing victory against a formidable Bangladesh side. Her ability to perform under pressure and make significant contributions in crucial moments highlights her value as a key player for the team additionally Vrinda’s impressive form extended to domestic cricket where she scored 211 runs, including three half-centuries in 7 innings with 154.01 strike rate in Senior women’s T20.
