Orla Prendergast:

The star all-rounder of Ireland was the leading run-getter for her side in her last appearance against Pakistan. The right-handed top-order batter muscled 31 off 21, including four boundaries and a six. She also opened the bowling and bowled three overs, conceding 20 runs.

Arlene Kelly: 

The right-arm medium-pacer of Ireland was the pick of the bowlers for her side in the last game against Pakistan. She bagged 27/2 in three overs, accounting for both scalps in the 20th over. Besides her bowling, she can be handy with the bat in the lower order.

Stafanie Taylor:

The right-handed opening batter of West Indies top-scored with 42 off 40 in the last encounter against India. She hammered half a dozen boundaries in her impactful innings. She shared a 73-run stand with Shemaine Campbelle for the second wicket.

Karishma Ramharack: 

The wily right-arm off-spinner of West Indies was the most successful bowler for her side in the last fixture against India. She snapped 14/2 in four overs, getting rid of the opposition’s opening pair of Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana.


It will be the tournament’s seventh match at the venue, with the sixth being played early in the day. Out of the five games played here till February 16, the team batting first have won, and the teams batting second have won three. The wicket seems good for batting. On the other hand, the spinners may get some assistance as the surface has undergone some wear and tear.
