Country-wise list of Overseas Players selected in WPL Auction

The Women’s Premier League (WPL) players auction, on the 13th of February, really was a watershed event in many ways for women’s cricket and women’s sport. The historic day saw 448 players go under the hammer to find a club for the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League that’ll be played from the 4th to the 26th of March, in Mumbai.

While many players celebrated their bids, a portion of the shortlisted names, who failed to land in a deal, received their due recognition in making the cut to the final list of 448 players against a list that had over 1500 total registrations.
