She is also the quickest to reach the double of 3000+ runs and 150+ wickets in ODIs. Perry, who is a known cricketing figure and a role model to many young girls in Australia, has partnered with Facebook for a 7 episodic documentary based on her life which will be exclusively available on Facebook Watch.

Titled as ‘INSIGHT’, the series will give the fans a brilliant opportunity to know Perry better. Over 80 hours of raw footage has been contributed to Facebook which has been compressed to make the 7 episodes. The first episode of the series has already premiered today on Perry’s official Facebook and Instagram handles.

The first episode is titled ‘Perspective’ and it throws light on Perry’s initial journey of cricket. At the age of 16, she got her maiden call up while she was still at school. The episode shows what led her to write the book which is also titled ‘Perspective’.
