Playing in The Hundred has been nothing but a delight for the Indian batter, Jemimah Rodrigues. The batter has hit two consecutive 50+ and match-winning scores for her team Northern Superchargers. However, apart from her stunning batting skills, Rodrigues is also known for having a very fun-filled and candid Instagram feed. She teaches her foreign cricket friends Hindi and sings songs with them playing her guitar.
In one such video posted by Rodrigues on her Instagram earlier today, she is seen playing the guitar and singing a song along with her Superchargers teammate Laura Wolvaardt, a song that Wolvaardt wrote herself. She shared the song on Instagram and captioned it:

The song has a soul-soothing melody and it felt really good to see Jemimah Rodrigues play the guitar while Laura Wolvaardt sings her self-written song.
Bollywood’s renowned Actor, singer & Writer Ayushmann Khurrana took notice of the same and praised Jemimah’s skills via his Instagram story.
Coming back to Rodrigues form in The Hundred, it has been nothing but incredible, astounding, marvelous, and mind-boggling. The way she announced herself at the first match was a treat, hitting the highest score of The Hundred, in both men’s and women’s competition, on your debut match.

Rodrigues left no stones unturned when she arrived on the pitch to destroy the opposition in the first match. She scored a colossal score of 93 runs and to top it off in the next match she went on to score 60 runs. Jemimah was named the player of the match in both matches and is currently leading the Player of The Hundred competition with 3.7K votes in her pocket already.
Northern superchargers will be next seen taking on the Oval Invincibles at their hone ground Headingley in Leeds on July 31.
