The Super Six, Group 2 match of the inaugural edition of the ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup will be played between Rwanda and New Zealand on January 21 at North-West University No1 Ground in Potchefstroom, South Africa. The game will begin at 1.30 PM IST (10 AM LOCAL).

While New Zealand topped Group C beating West Indies, Ireland, and Indonesia, Rwanda were placed third in Group B, having won against Zimbabwe and lost to Pakistan and England.

The promising all-rounder of Rwanda Women’s U19 was the only batter to score in double digits for her team in the last fixture against England Women’s U19. The right-handed middle-order batter scored 12 off 11. She also opened the bowling and bowled her full quota of four overs.

The talented right-arm leg-spinner of Rwanda Women’s U19 was the pick of the bowlers in the last encounter against England Women’s U19. She claimed 39/3 in four overs and bowled well in the middle phase of the innings and the death overs.

The dashing right-handed opening batter of New Zealand Women’s U19 led the run chase from the front with an unconquered 41 off 22 in her last match against West Indies Women’s U19. Her innings was studded with seven boundaries. She combined forces with her opening partner Anna Browning to steer her side to a 10-wicket win.

The wily right-arm leg-spinner of New Zealand Women’s U19 was the most successful bowler for her side in her last game against West Indies. She scalped 8/3 in four overs, including two maidens and bagged the player of the match award for her match-winning bowling performance.
