Ni Made Suarniasih:
The talented right-arm off-spinner of Indonesia Women’s U19 bagged 9/3 in three overs in the first warm-up match against Zimbabwe Women’s U19. Besides being a wicket-taker, she is an economical bowler. She can also be handy with the bat in the middle order.
Anna Browning:
She is one of the best all-rounders in the New Zealand Women’s U19 side. She can open both batting and bowling as a right-handed batter and a right-arm speedster. In the first warm-up game against Rwanda, she muscled 67 off 45, including nine boundaries and a six.
Fran Jonas:
She is a wily left-arm spinner of New Zealand Women’s U19, who has already played at the international level. She can open the bowling and bowl well with the new ball inside the powerplay. She is a wicket-taking bowler and can trouble any batter with her disciplined lines and lengths.
Pitch
It will be the tournament’s second game at this venue, with the first being played early in the day. Before the World Cup, four women’s T20Is were played here, with the teams batting first and second, winning two apiece. Expect a hard surface that will help the batters to score big runs. Bowlers will have to stick to their basics and make good use of their variations if need be.
Weather
The weather is expected to be hot with abundant sunshine. The maximum temperature attained during the day will be 34 degrees Celsius. There will be a seven percent cloud cover and a zero percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the northeast.
