Scotland led by skipper Niamh Muir was bundled out for just 48 with 29 balls to spare after the Australian skipper Lucy Hamilton won the toss and opted to field first. The 19-run 4th wicket partnership between Emma Walsingham (12 off 31 balls) and Nayma Sheikh was the highest partnership of the innings for Scotland. Charlotte Nevard (10 off 14 balls) was the only other batter to get into the double digits.

Caoimhe Bray (3.1-2-1-3), skipper Eleanor Larosa (3-0-7-3), and Hasrat Gill (2-0-10-2) were the stand-out performers with the ball for Australia. The Australian openers Kate Pelle (29* off 18 balls), and Ines McKeon (12 off 20 balls) made light work of the run chase, getting over the line in the 7th over of the run chase with 9 wickets in hand and 80 balls to spare. Bangladesh thump Nepal in low-scoring contest

Bangladesh skipper Sumaiya Akter won the toss and opted to field first, at the UKM-YSD Cricket Oval, Bangi. A horrible tale of miscommunication pushed the Nepal batters into a barrage of runouts. Nepal just managed to surpass the 50-run mark, ending their innings on 52 with 10 balls to spare. Sana Praveen (19 off 32 balls), and Seemana KC (10 off 16 balls) were the only batters to get into the double digits with the bat for Nepal.

Fahomida Choya (4-0-7-1) was exceptional with the ball, alongside Jannatul Maoua (4-0-11-2), and Anisa Akter Soba (3.2-0-6-1) played a brilliant supporting role with the ball for Bangladesh. Nepal came up with a spirited fightback with the ball, nipping out half of the Bangladesh batting line-up, making them toil hard for every run in the chase. Bangladesh eventually got over the line with 5 wickets in hand and 40 balls to spare.

Sadia Islam (16 off 24 balls), and skipper Sumaiya Akter (12 off 24 balls) were the only two batters to enter the double digits with the bat for Bangladesh. Seemana KC (3-1-10-1), Riya Sharma (3-0-10-1), skipper Puja Mahato (3-0-11-1), and Rachana Chaudhary (3.2-0-16-1) picked up a wicket each with the ball for Nepal.
