Players to watch out:
Robyn Searle
The 27-year-old South African batter didn’t have a successful start to this campaign, scoring only 19 runs in the One Day matches. However, come the T20 season, she has scored 51 runs, and with runs under her belt from the home domestic season, she can be relied upon to make the most of this return to form, following up with another good score.
Georgina Dempsey
The 19-year-old pacer, from 19 T20I outings, has picked up 13 wickets, including a best of 2/13, maintaining an economy rate of 6.59. Georgina was the leading pacer for the team in the One Day matches with 4 scalps to her name, and with figures of 3/13 in the T20 opener, she has continued her good form and can be counted on for breakthroughs.
Leah Paul
The 24-year-old all-rounder in T20Is, from 23 innings, has added 234 runs to the tally and has scalped 24 wickets from 32 bowling outings. Leah had decent outings with the bat in the One Day matches and departing for 16 in the T20 opener, she continues to find her footing, while also needing to step up with the bat. She’ll be backed to deliver an all-round effort.
Sophie MacMahon
The 27-year-old pacer, from 17 T20I bowling outings, has taken 11 wickets at an economy rate of 5.20 and has also been handy with the bat. While Sophie hasn’t scored many runs this domestic season, she has looked in good rhythm, securing 4 wickets in the first-leg One-Day fixtures and 2 in the T20 opener. She can be banked upon for the goods.
Pitch:
The Malahide wicket heavily favors the pacers, creating ideal conditions for bowling, as evident from the average score in the 110s. Batters will need to dig in with smart shot selection to score runs effectively.

The conditions at Malahide are forecasted to be pleasant for cricket, with no anticipated rain despite cloudy skies. The temperature will be around 15°C, with light winds and humidity at 69%.
