The Rwanda Cricket Association (RCA) is all set to host the T20 Women’s League 2023, which will kick off on May 14, 2023. The tournament will feature five teams competing against each other for a chance to lift the trophy. The participating teams are Indatwa Hampshire Women, Sorwathe CC Women, Gahanga Queens Women, White Clouds CC Women, and Charity CC Women.
The tournament will span over four weeks, with a total of 12 matches to be played, including the third-place playoff and the final. Each team will play against the other sides once in a round-robin format. The top two teams at the end of the league stage will qualify for the final, while the third and fourth-placed teams will compete in the third-place playoff.
All matches in the tournament have been scheduled to take place over the weekends, with a maximum of two matches per day. The third-place playoff and the final will be held on June 4. The tournament will take place at the Gahanga International Cricket Stadium in Kigali, Rwanda.
