Third Practice match was played between Bangladesh and Ireland, wherein by putting a brilliant bowling effort Salma Khatun’s team won by 6 wickets.
While batting first after losing the toss, Ireland women could manage to score 83 runs by losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Coming to bat at 7th position Kim Garth scored 34 runs in 35 balls with three 4s and 1 six. Gaby Lewis scored 15 runs while Kavanagh (10) and E Richardson (10 not out) were the only other players to score double digit runs. In her spell of 4 overs from which 1 over was maiden, Rumana Ahmed took 3 wickets by giving only 9 runs.
Bangladesh chased the target of 83 runs by sparing 32 balls and 6 wickets. The main contribution from bat came through Ayasha Rahman, who scored 25 runs in 26 balls with 3 fours and 1 six.
