London Spirit’s skipper Heather Knight scored an unbeaten 65 off 31 balls, leading her team to victory in their first match of the fourth edition. Coming into bat when the Spirit lost their second wicket at a score of 29, she was involved in a 59-run partnership with Georgia Redmayne, who scored a solid 45. The skipper batted till the end, assisting her team in chasing down a total of 152. The right-handed batter smashed nine boundaries and one six throughout her innings at an impressive strike rate of 209.67. For her stunning knock, she received the Player of the Match award.

Erin Burns 2/6 (London Spirit)
The Australian spin-bowling all-rounder topped the bowling chart for London Spirit. In her 10 balls, she first dismissed Southern Brave’s top scorer Danni Wyatt for 59. This was followed by the wicket of Charlie Knott for 4. Burns was economical with the ball, conceding only six runs.

Danni Wyatt became the first batter to score a fifty in the fourth edition of the Hundred for the Southern Brave. The English opener scored 59 off 35 balls and was the top scorer for her team, significantly contributing to their total of 151. She smashed 11 boundaries and one six during her innings, with an attacking strike rate of 168.57.
