Maryam Bibi:
The right arm medium pace bowler from Hong Kong was the most successful bowler against Kuwait in her last match. She scalped 8/4 in four overs, including two maiden overs. She bowled well in the middle phase of the innings and also at the death.
Winifred Duraisingam:
The captain of Malaysia led the charge with 73 runs off 68 balls in her last outing against Oman. She hammered 10 boundaries in her innings. The right-handed opening batter batted all the way through to the 20th over of the match.
Mas Elysa:
The right-handed top order batter of Malaysia mustered 33 runs off 29 balls in her last match against Oman. In the process, she stitched an 87-run partnership with Winifred Duraisingam for the second wicket. With the ball, the leg spinner bowled a couple of overs and conceded just the four runs.
