Rubina Chhetry:
The captain of Nepal top scored in her last appearance against Hong Kong. The right-handed middle order batter mustered an unbeaten 32 off 36 balls, including four boundaries. She held the innings together as she was out in the middle from the ninth over of the match till the end. Apart from her batting, she bowled her full quota of four overs and conceded 21 runs.
Sangita Rai:
The right arm off spinner from Nepal was the most successful bowler against Hong Kong in her last match. She scalped 20/2 in two overs. Out of the three wickets that were picked by Nepal, Rai accounted for two of them. She bowled well in the middle phase of the innings.
Esha Oza:
The right-handed opening batter of UAE smashed 115 runs off 67 balls in her last outing against Qatar. She hammered 18 boundaries and three sixes in her innings. In the process, she stitched a 174-run opening partnership with her partner Theertha Satish.
Suraksha Kotte:
The right arm off spinner from UAE was the pick of the bowlers in her last match against Qatar. The wily spinner claimed 11/4 in four overs. She bowled well in the middle overs and in the death overs.
Pitch
The last match that was played here yesterday was a lopsided contest. 275 runs were scored during the match and only eight wickets fell in the process. The team batting first won the match after posting 214 runs in 20 overs. While the wicket looks good for batting, the bowlers can exploit the cloudy conditions to their benefit.
