UP Warriorz were put to bat by Mumbai and their innings was spearheaded by a promising 74-run partnership between Georgia Voll and Grace Harris, which provided a solid foundation. However, Amelia Kerr’s fifer was a game-changer, as UP’s batting lineup struggled to recover from the regular fall of wickets. Despite the decent start, UP’s total seemed insufficient against a strong MI batting lineup.

Chasing 151, Mumbai lost an early wicket in the form of Amelia Kerr, who opened the innings, but Nat Sciver-Brunt and Hayley Matthews took charge, firing on all cylinders to keep the chase on track. Although Grace Harris picked up two crucial wickets, Amanjot Kaur and Yastika Bhatia remained calm and composed, guiding MI to victory in the 19th over.
