Shafali Verma and Alice Capsey built a crucial 82-run partnership before Banglore’s Shreyanka Patil dismissed Shafali. Despite wickets falling at intervals, Delhi Capitals posted a formidable 194 runs for 5 wickets.

Royal Challengers Bangalore began their chase strongly but lost momentum after Sophie Devine’s dismissal. Smriti Mandhana and Sabbhineni Meghana’s partnership kept Banglore in a solid position until Marizanne Kapp’s pivotal wicket of the Banglore skipper turned the tide.
