Bio:

Mannat Kashyap, the left-arm spinner made her debut for the India women’s senior side against the mighty Australians earlier this year. Mannat had made some important contributions at the domestic level during her time with the Punjab as well as North Zone side which earned her a maiden call-up to the national side.

In domestic T20s last year, which include the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy as well as the Senior Women’s Inter zonal Trophy, Mannat played a total of 10 games and picked up 17 wickets at an average of 9.17. Mannat first made heads turn with her spectacular performance in the ICC Women’s U19 World Cup 2023. In India’s title-winning campaign in the inaugural edition of the U19 World Cup, Mannat featured in 6 games and accounted for 9 scalps, averaging 10.33.

Mannat Kashyap is yet to make her WPL debut. The Gujarat Giants acquired her services during the auction preceding the 2024 edition of the WPL. She will be hoping that a chance comes her way and she makes the most of it.
