Natalie Cox:

The right-handed middle-order batter of Canterbury Magicians was the lone warrior in the fight in the last fixture against Wellington Blaze. Batting at number five, she scored 45 off 34, including three hits to the fence and one over it. She came into bat in the fourth over and was there till the 15th.

Gabby Sullivan:

Pitch

It will be the fourth game of the tournament to be played at the venue. Out of the three matches played here, the teams batting first have won one, and the teams batting second have won two. Though the surface looks good for batting, a thick cloud cover could assist the fast bowlers. A high chance of rain may play a spoilsport. Toss will be important as the captain winning it may look to field first, given the rain forecast.

Weather

The weather is expected to be cloudy and very warm. A little rain in the afternoon is forecast. The maximum temperature attained during the day will be 28 degrees Celsius. There will be a 75 percent cloud cover and a 75 percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the southwest.
