Bio:
Hasini Perera has been an integral part of the national team since her T20I debut in April 2014 against Bangladesh. Later that year, in October, she made her ODI debut against South Africa. Perera’s consistency earned her a spot in Sri Lanka’s squad for the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 tournament in the West Indies, where she played a crucial role.
Her journey continued with selections in Sri Lanka’s squads for major tournaments like the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia and the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe. Perera’s commitment to excellence was further demonstrated when she was named to the team for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Cricket Qualifier in Malaysia and the cricket tournament at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.
