She was part of Sri Lanka’s squad for major tournaments like the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 in the West Indies and the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia, showcasing her reliability on the international stage.
Kumari was selected for Sri Lanka’s squads in the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe and the 2022 Commonwealth Games Cricket Qualifier in Malaysia.
