Top 5: Most Wicket-keeping Dismissals in Women’s T20 World Cup History: Updated May 2026

In T20 cricket, wicketkeepers often have only a fraction of a second to make an impact. A sharp stumping can completely change the momentum of a game, especially in the middle overs when batters look to attack spin bowling. Over the years, the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup has seen several wicketkeepers produce exceptional work behind the stumps through quick reflexes, smart anticipation, and clean glove work.

Some keepers became specialists standing up to spinners, while others combined their wicketkeeping with leadership and important batting contributions. As the Women’s T20 World Cup continues to grow in quality and intensity, these names remain among the finest wicketkeepers the tournament has seen.

Her best performance behind the stumps came in a match where she recorded four dismissals, including two catches and two stumpings. Healy’s work standing up to Australia’s spinners was particularly impressive because she consistently created pressure on batters trying to attack in the middle overs. The 2020 edition at home was one of her best tournaments overall. While she starred with the bat at the top of the order, her wicketkeeping was equally important during Australia’s successful title-winning campaign.
