Ahead of the 2026 season of The Hundred, London Spirit has announced the signing of the English pacer, Mahika Gaur. London Spirit had quite a good run last season as they finished at 3rd in the table, winning 5 out of their 8 matches in the league phase. Mahika Gaur played for Manchester Originals in two seasons of The Hundred that are 2023 and 2025. In her debut season, she picked up 4 wickets from 6 matches, proving to be a reliable bowler for her side. She has picked up 8 wickets in her campaign so far in the tournament. She has the ability to extract bounce and swing with the new ball in the opening overs.

In her T20I career, she has picked up 11 wickets from 21 innings at an economy of 5. She has been a quality bowler for the sides that she has played for as she brings in a lot of value to the team. She is the kind of bowler that builds the pressure on the batter with dot balls and then the batter will fall prey to her eventually, losing patience. She could be a good addition to the squad along with the other experienced international stars in the side.

Mahika Gaur has also made a strong impression in franchise cricket with her disciplined left-arm pace and ability to trouble batters with the uneven bounce. In England’s domestic circuit, she has been a consistent wicket-taker across formats, using her height to trap batters and to find lateral movement in testing conditions.

She has featured as a promising option, by picking up crucial wickets in the powerplay. Her ability to bowl good spells in the initial overs and apply pressure on the batting unit makes her a valuable asset in T20 cricket, especially in conditions that favour seam and bounce. She is an exciting addition to London Spirit who are eager to get both hands on the title again.
