Red Bull Campus Cricket Tournament Final to be played on 1st June 2024 at the DY Patil University Ground, Navi Mumbai.
The Red Bull Campus Cricket tournament is a platform for the World’s best university and college teams to compete across the globe. A stage for the upcoming cricketers to play on the world stage and take their first step towards professional cricket. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the young athletes provided by Red Bull Campus Cricket. The tournament celebrates it’s 13th year anniversary in India in the 2024 season.
A total number of 16 women’s teams participated in the 2024 edition of the tournament. It also features the presence of players and coaches from the Rajasthan Royals franchise to scout talent from the men’s competition. The National Final will feature a couple of winning women’s teams from the Regional Qualifiers who will then compete in the Red Bull Campus Cricket 2024 India Finals where the National Champions will be awarded.
Two teams namely, Rizvi College (Mumbai), and Gargi College (Delhi) have qualified for the Red Bull Campus Cricket National Finals in the women’s competition. The final will take place on 1st June 2024 at the DY Patil University Ground, in Navi Mumbai in the women’s competition from 2 PM onwards.
A total of four men’s teams namely, TKR College (Hyderabad), Chandigarh University (Chandigarh), Jagran Lakecity University (Bhopal), and A.J.K College (Jamshedpur) have qualified for the league stages. The qualified teams will play in a round robin format (3 games each) and the top two will qualify for the final. The men’s final will commence from 6:00 PM onwards on 1st June 2024 on the same ground as the women’s final.
