Players to watch out:

Khushi Sharma

The 21-year-old all-rounder in T20Is, from 41 innings, has chipped in scoring 345 runs, while from 46 outings has scalped 45 wickets and registered respective bests of 37* and 5/22. Khushi wasn’t utilized much in a T20I tournament earlier this year, but was handy in her limited opportunities and can be relied upon for the goods.

Samaira Dharnidharka

The 17-year-old all-rounder has added 146 runs to the tally from 27 innings and struck 33 wickets from 35 outings, with individual bests being 31 and 4/5. Samaira chipped in with runs from her two outings and bagged 4 wickets from 3 innings in the February T20I competition. The team will count on her to step up with an all-round effort again in this game.

Sarah Bryce

The 24-year-old keeper-batter, averaging 31.37 and striking at 110.88, has amassed 1161 runs from 48 T20I appearances and registered the highest of 67. Sarah, in the lead-up to the series, in an ODI tri-series, registered scores of 20 and 84, while in her most recent T20I, back in October, scored 57*. It’ll be hoped she continues on this form, leading the scoring.

Hannah Rainey

The 26-year-old pacer, from 30 innings, has claimed 20 wickets, including the best of 3/15, maintaining an economy rate of 5.08. Hannah has grown in her role over the past few games, recording an ODI fifer and figures of 2/21 (3) and 1/15 (3) in her recent couple of white-ball outings. Early in the innings, her spell will be an important one.

Pitch:

The Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium offers a fairly balanced center wicket that offers runs for batters and a good amount of assistance to bowlers as well. The average score at the venue is in the 120s, and spinners have the upper hand on this track.

Weather:

With minimal chances of rain and clear overhead conditions, the forecast promises a complete game of cricket in Abu Dhabi. The temperature is expected to hover around 26°C with light winds, and humidity at 48%.
