The Final of the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy will feature a face-off between East Zone and South. The Final will be played at the MCA Cricket Stadium, Pune, from the 9th to the 11th of April, 2024, with live action commencing at 9:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) on match days.

Dhara Gujjar
The 21-year-old batter had a successful ’23/24 domestic season, especially in the One Day matches, and has now impressed in the multi-day games. Dhara scored an outstanding 140 in the quarter-final and followed up with scores of 17 and 58 in the semi-final. The longer the format, the better she has looked, and the form she is in, she’ll be counted on for the runs.
Mamta Paswan
The 23-year-old pacer had a notable outing in the quarter-final, returning figures of 0/14 (5) and 2/42 (15). Building on the momentum, Mamta picked up a five-wicket haul, finishing with figures of 5/53 (18) in the first innings of the semi-final, while in the second innings, she sent down only 3 overs. It’ll be hoped that she carries forward this form into the final.
Arundhati Reddy
The 26-year-old all-rounder displayed fine form throughout the ’23/24 domestic season with both bat and ball and has left her mark in the longer format as well. Arundathi, in the semi-final, scored 111 runs in aggregate and registered figures of 1/38 (8). The team will count on her to continue this form, stepping up with another all-round performance.
Minnu Mani
The 25-year-old bowling all-rounder has been in outstanding form lately, and capitalizing on it, especially with the ball, she emerged as a standout in the multi-day semi-final. Minnu produced figures of 6/73 (23.5), and though she was dismissed cheaply with scores of 1 and 15, she can be trusted to stage a turnaround. She’ll be banked upon for the goods.
Pitch:
The 22 yards at the MCA Cricket Stadium favor batters with true bounce, and bowlers also benefit from the conditions. With the pitch likely to remain consistent throughout the game, an engaging high-scoring contest can be expected.

Light winds, humidity at 30%, and temperatures in the mid-30s (°C) are forecasted for the three days of the Final. With clear overhead conditions, the chances of rain are minimal.
