The inaugural ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Asia qualifiers will be played in Malaysia from June 3 to June 9. Six teams, including Bhutan, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, Qatar, and UAE will participate in the competition.
These six teams will fight for one spot in the 2023 ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup to be played in South Africa. This will be the first Women’s U19 T20 World Cup. Each team will play against the other five teams once in a round-robin format. A total of 15 matches will be played. Apart from June 5 and June 8, which will be the rest days, three matches will be played on each of the other days.

Warm-up fixtures were played on May 30 and 31.
Bhutan, Malaysia, Nepal, Qatar, Thailand and UAE will fight hard against each other in the ICC Women’s U19 Asia Qualifiers to earn that crucial one spot in the inaugural ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup. The ICC Women’s U19 T20 World Cup will be played in South Africa in January 2023. The event will see a total of 16 teams participating and 41 matches being played.
