USA Cricket recently announced the inaugural season of the Intra-Regional Women’s Competition which will be played from June 4 to June 13 amongst 12 teams from all across the United States.
The 12 teams will play a total of 22 games within the team’s own geographical region. USA Cricket announced the Team Head coaches and key Team contacts who will assist and handle the logistics of the 12 teams.
To add in the element of experience, the captain of each team is someone who is a part of the USA Cricket Women’s National Training Group.
All the teams will play one 40 over match and two T20 matches during the span of the tournament.

Following the Intra-regionals, selectors will pick 4 teams to represent the 4 regions, with Northeast vs Southeast/Central and South West vs West, competing across a series of 2 x T20s and 2 x 50 over matches in July.
