The Trinbago Knight Riders clinched their maiden victory of the season after beating the Guyana Amazon Warriors in a dramatic match. It was a must-win game for the Knight Riders, who had suffered two defeats before their game against the Guyana Amazon Warriors. The fourth match of the season saw both teams scoring 128 runs in 20 overs, before the Knight Riders crushed the Warriors in the super over by defending 20 runs.

Following their maiden win of the season, the Trinbago Knight Riders posted a video on social media featuring TKR-W players dancing to the iconic “Lungi Dance,” including Jess Jonassen and Jemimah Rodrigues. The video shared by TKR went viral on social media platforms in no time. The five players who were embracing their team’s owner Shah Rukh Khan’s signature style were Jess Jonassen, Jemimah Rodrigues, Zaida James, Shunelle Sawh, and Samara Ramnath.
