The 3rd place playoff game of the 2023 edition of the Rwanda Women’s Twenty20 (T20) Tournament will see Gahanga Queens and Charity CC contest at Gahanga International Cricket Stadium, Kigali, Rwanda, on the 4th of June, 2023, at 12:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
In the league stage round consisting of four games each, Gahanga Queens secured 4 points with two victories, while Charity CC managed to win only one out of their three games, finishing as the 4th seed behind Gahanga Queens.

The 17-year-old keeper-batter with 29 runs in 4 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) hasn’t had the best of starts to her international career. However, Merveille has emerged as the leading run-scorer for the side with 89 runs to her name in 4 outings, this season.
The 19-year-old all-rounder in T20Is, in 17 innings has scored 104 runs, while has struck 23 scalps in 25 outings. Belyse has had a consistent season thus far, both with the bat and ball, recording 76 runs and bagging 9 scalps in 4 outings.
The 29-year-old batter in 30 T20Is has scored 362 runs and has got the highest of 44*. Cathia is the 2nd highest run-scorer for the side with 66 runs to her tally of 4 innings and has got the highest score of 34 runs.
The 26-year-old all-rounder in 43 T20Is has scored 558 runs and struck 21 wickets in as many innings. Marie has had a successful campaign thus far having scored 79 runs and struck 6 wickets in 4 outings.
The 22 yards at the venue make a well-balanced center wicket, providing a fair contest between bat and ball. The wicket assists both spinners and pacers effectively, while batters too enjoy their time in the middle with an average score in the 120s.
