The Netherlands Women’s tour of Thailand will begin with a four-match ODI series followed by a four-match T20I series. The eight fixtures will be played between November 20 and December 3. All the games will be played at Prem Tinsulanonda International School in Chiang Mai. It will be the first time Thailand Women will play in the ODI format. On the other hand, Netherlands Women have featured in 105 ODIs, having played their first in 1984.

Heather Siegers:
The captain of the Netherlands is a promising all-rounder who is a right-handed middle-order batter and an occasional right-arm medium-pace bowler. Though she has not played ODIs, she is an experienced T20I campaigner. In 26 T20Is, she has muscled 369 runs and scalped 18 wickets.
Frederique Overdijk:
The talented all-rounder from the Netherlands has featured in three ODIs. She is a right-handed batter and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. With the bat, she has scored 86 runs, including the best of 47 not out, and with the ball, she has claimed three wickets in two innings.
Sornnarin Tippoch:
She is one of the most experienced players in the side. With 57 T20Is under her belt, she is a veteran all-rounder. She is a left-handed batter and a right-arm off-spinner. The southpaw has mustered 305 runs in 40 T20I innings and accounted for 46 wickets in 51 innings, including a couple of four-wicket hauls.
Natthakan Chantham:
This prolific right-handed opening batter of Thailand has a wealth of experience with 55 T20Is. She has smashed 1165 runs, including six half-centuries, and is the only Thai batter to register 1000+ runs in women’s T20I cricket. Thailand will depend on her to give them a good start with the bat.
Pitch
It will be the tournament’s first match at the venue. Expect a hard and new surface that will offer plenty of runs. On the flip side, there is a dense cloud cover and a high probability of rain which will make the toss important. Fast bowlers could enjoy bowling on this deck.
