Thipatcha Putthawong:

The left-arm spinner of Thailand was the lone wicket-taker for her team in her last appearance against Bangladesh. She scalped 23/1 in her full quota of four overs. She accounted for 15 dot balls, the highest for her team. She came into bowl as the first change and exhibited good control over her lines and lengths.

Phannita Maya:

The right-handed middle-order batter of Thailand starred with the bat muscling a stroke-filled 26 off 22, including three boundaries in her last fixture against Bangladesh. She came in to bat in the sixth over and stitched a 38-run partnership with Natthakan Chantham for the third wicket. It was the highest partnership for Thailand in that game.

This will be the seventh match of the tournament at the venue. The teams batting first and the teams batting second have won three games each. The expected cloudy conditions could work in favour of the bowlers. Additionally, a high chance of rain could make the toss important. The captain winning the toss may look to bowl first.

The weather is expected to be mostly cloudy and humid with a thunderstorm. The highest temperature attained during the day will be 33 degrees Celsius. There will be 91 percent cloud cover and an 80 percent chance of rain. The wind will blow from the north-northwest.
