Singapore, led by skipper Shafina Mahesh, were up against Indonesia, led by skipper Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini, in the 7th match of the opening day of the ACC Women’s Premier Cup 2026. Singapore handed T20I debut to Rashmeka Badri Narayanan.

Skipper Shafina Mahesh won the toss and opted to bat first. The Singapore openers Anushka Tomar and skipper Shafina Mahesh got their side off to a positive start with a 21-run opening stand. Dara Paramitha broke the stand by sending Ansuhka Tomar for a duck in the 4th over of the innings, to provide the first breakthrough for Indonesia. Skipper Shafina Mahesh (24 off 25 balls) didn’t find support from the other end as Singapore kept losing wickets at regular intervals.
The lower-order showed, consisting of the likes of Devika Galia (15 off 26 balls) and Roshni Seth (15 off 23 balls), some resilience towards the backend, with a gritty 21-run stand for the 7th wicket, pushing the total to 82/7 in their quota of 20 overs. The innings had as many as 11 extras. Sang Maypriani (4-0-1-4-2) and Derni Bangi (4-0-9-1) were the stand-out performers with the ball for Indonesia, while Ni Ariani (4-0-9-0) and Dara Paramitha (3-0-15-1) played their part with the ball for their side.
Chasing a target of 83, Indonesia lost the wicket of Rahmawati Pangestuti on the 2nd ball of the run chase. Ella Ungerman provided the first breakthrough for Singapore. Ni Luh Dewi joined Desi Wulandari at the crease, and the duo led the recovery with a much-needed 38-run partnership for the 2nd wicket. Skipper Shafina Mahesh took the matter into her own hands to dismiss Desi Wulandari (15 off 23 balls) in the 7th over of the run chase to provide the 2nd breakthrough for her side.
Skipper Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini (29* off 17 balls) flexed her power-hitting game alongside Ni Luh Dewi (24* off 23 balls) to guide Indonesia over the line courtesy of an unbeaten 40-run stand for the 3rd wicket, sealing the game with 8 wickets in hand and 55 balls to spare. Skipper Shafina Mahesh (2.5-1-13-1) and Ella Ungerman (3-0-24-1) were the only wicket-takers with the ball for Singapore. Debutant Rashmeka Badri Narayanan (3-0-19-0) was impressive in her spell with the ball for her side. Singapore bowlers also conceded the same number of extras (11 runs) as Indonesia.
