Bio:

Cherry-Ann Fraser is a bowling all-rounder who made her T20 international debut on September 30, 2020, against England during the West Indies tour of England in Derby. Later, she made her ODI debut on September 16, 2021, against South Africa during the South Africa women’s tour of the West Indies in North Sound.

Fraser was born in Guyana and played for the Guyana Under-19 women’s cricket team. In November 2019, she was added to the West Indies’ Twenty20 International squad for their series against India, replacing their captain, Stafanie Taylor, who could not play due to an injury. In January 2020, Fraser was selected in the West Indies’ squad for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. In May 2021, Cricket West Indies awarded Fraser with a central contract. In June 2021, she was named in the West Indies A Team for their series against Pakistan. In October 2021, Fraser was named as one of three reserve players in the West Indies team for the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe. In February 2022, she was selected in the West Indies team for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand.

Fraser has domestic experience playing for the Guyana Women and Guyana Amazon Warriors, where she performed quite well and made her name at the international level.
