Bio:

Aaliyah Alleyne, a talented Barbadian cricketer, made her international debut for the West Indies in November 2019.

In the domestic circuit, she plays for Barbados in both the Women’s Super50 Cup and the Twenty20 Blaze. Notably, in 2022, she represented Barbados at the Commonwealth Games, where she played in three Twenty20 Internationals and picked up one wicket.

Alleyne’s cricket journey also includes a stint in county cricket with Durham in 2016, adding to her diverse experience.

She made her One Day International debut on November 1, 2019, against India during their tour of the West Indies at North Sound. As of 2024, she has taken over 15 wickets and scored more than 230 runs in ODIs.

In T20 Internationals, Alleyne debuted on November 9, 2019, against India at Gros Islet. By 2024, she had picked up more than 10 wickets and scored over 260 runs in T20Is.

In franchise cricket, Alleyne currently plays for the Barbados Royals in the Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL), having been with the team since the inaugural 2022 season.
