Australia’s Alyssa Healy top scored with 509 runs in nine matches. The right handed opening batter averaged 56.56 and scored at a strike rate of 103.67. The swashbuckling batter hit 69 boundaries and a six in total. Her count of 69 boundaries is the highest by any player in this World Cup. She also registered the highest score in the competition with a blistering 170 off 138 balls in the finals against England. She completed the tournament with two centuries and as many half-centuries.

Australia’s Beth Mooney had the best batting average at the end of the tournament. The left-handed middle order batter muscled 330 runs in nine matches at a breathtaking average of 110. She remained not out in six out of her nine innings. The southpaw registered a couple of half-centuries including the best of 66 not out against Bangladesh.

Best Strike Rate in Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022
With a scintillating strike rate of 137.14, Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner had the best strike rate in this World Cup. The right handed attacking middle order batter pummeled 96 runs in five innings, including the best of 48 not out against New Zealand.

Her average of 15.62 was the best bowling average in the competition. She also had the best bowling figures in the tournament, thanks to her 6-36 in eight overs against South Africa in the semi-finals.
