Cricket Association of Nepal calls for closed training session ahead of ICC Women’s T20 Asia Qualifiers

As the World Cup Asia Qualifiers approach, all participating countries have fired up their training sessions even more. The Cricket Association of Nepal has named 24 players for the preliminary stage. All these players will undergo a closed training session for the ICC Women’s T20 Asia Qualifiers scheduled to take place in Malaysia from November 23-28.

As per a statement issued on Sunday, the 24-player squad includes Rubina Chhetri, Kajol Shrestha, Indu Barma, Apsari Begam, Roma Thapa, Sabnam Rai, Sangita Rai, Saraswati Chaudhary, Anuradha Chaudhary, Suman Khatiwada, Saraswati GM, Kanchan Shrestha, Rewati Dhami, Laxmi Saud, Kabita Joshi, Kabita Kunwar, Dalli Bhatta, Bindu Rawal, Mamata Chaudhary, Sita Ranamagar, Binu Budha Magar, Jyoti Pandey, Karuna Bhandari and Sarita Magar.

Along with Nepal, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Malaysia, Myanmar and the United Arab Emirates are the participating countries for the qualifiers that was rescheduled for November 23-28 due to the pandemic.
