Pandey’s first wicket was that of Hayley Matthews in the first over itself was a result of a cleverly bowled delivery that induced an edge to slip. Bhatia was clean bowled by a perfectly pitched ball that shaped in beautifully. Shikha’s ability to swing the ball was on full display as she consistently troubled Mumbai’s batters. With these two wickets, Pandey’s WPL wicket tally stands at 21 in 19 matches.

In her international career, she has picked up 43 wickets in 62 T20Is, with her best bowling figures being 3/14. However, she played her last T20I match against Australia in February 2023.

Recently, she had a successful stint in Women’s Super Smash where she picked up 9 wickets in 10 innings and scored 207 runs as well. Previously, she also left her mark in the Women’s Big Bash League where picked up 12 wickets in 12 matches playing for Brisbane Heat.
