Bio:
Simran Bahadur a talented all-rounder, showcased her bowling prowess in the Senior Women’s T20 Trophy 2022-23, claiming 7 wickets in 4 matches at an average of 19.85. Additionally, with the bat, she contributed 62 runs at an average of 21, demonstrating her versatility and all-round capabilities on the field.
Simran Bahadur made her mark at the international level in 2021 when she received her maiden call-up to the Indian Women’s Cricket team for the limited-overs series against South Africa. Bahadur debuted in WT20I (cap 66) cricket for India against South Africa on March 20, 2021.
Her talent earned her recognition again in January 2022 when she was named one of the reserve players in India’s squad for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup held in New Zealand. Bahadur seized the opportunity and made her WODI debut (cap 136) on February 15, 2022, against New Zealand.
