Bella Armstrong: 

The right-handed middle-order batter of Auckland Hearts starred in the last game against Central Hinds as she packed a punch with a blistering 71 off 34. Her innings was studded with 11 boundaries and a six. She also claimed 19/1 in two overs, bowling right-arm medium-pace.

Kate Anderson: 

The right-handed opening batter of Canterbury Magicians led the run chase from the front with an undefeated 83 off 62 in the last fixture against Wellington Blaze. She smashed seven boundaries in her fighting innings. Despite her valiant effort, she failed to see her side home.

Melissa Banks: 

The right-arm pace sensation of Canterbury Magicians was the pick of the bowlers in her last appearance against Wellington Blaze. She opened the bowling and accounted for 21/3 in four overs. She struck in the first over of the match and gave a perfect start to her team with the ball.

Pitch

It will be the second game of the tournament at the venue. The last match saw 287 runs being scored. 12 wickets fell in the process. Expect a good batting surface that will offer plenty of runs. For the bowlers, hitting the deck hard and pitching in the right areas will be the key.
