The first Semi-Final of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup East Asia Pacific Qualifier 2025 will see Papua New Guinea and Indonesia square off at Albert Park 2, Suva. The game gets underway at 7:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) on the 13th of September 2025.

Naoani Vare

The 27-year-old batter, from 52 T20I innings, has amassed 961 runs at an average of 25.28 and registered the highest of 88*. Notably, she also has a wicket to her name from the only over she has bowled so far. Vare has been in good touch of late and continues to impress with scores of 43 and 49 in this campaign. She’ll look to follow up with a big score, building on these starts.

Pauke Siaka

The 39-year-old all-rounder, in T20Is, from 25 innings, has added 277 runs to the tally and picked up 13 wickets from 9 innings, registering bests of 43* and 5/1. Pauke hasn’t been required much with the bat in this campaign so far, but has been outstanding with the ball, returning figures of 1/4 and 5/1. She is a seasoned campaigner and can be relied upon to deliver with both bat and ball.

Desi Wulandari

The 21-year-old, from 12 T20I innings, has added 254 runs to the tally at an average of 28.22 and registered the highest of 69. She has also taken two wickets from 7 bowling innings, emerging as a batting all-rounder. Desi followed up her scores of 20 and 6 with a fine 54* in her most recent outing, and given her form, it is hoped she produces another good innings in the knockouts.

Ni Luh Dewi

The 21-year-old all-rounder, in T20Is, from 28 innings, has amassed 643 runs at an average of 33.84 and a strike rate of 104.72. With the ball, from 29 innings, she has struck 36 wickets at an average of 9.13, with an economy rate of 3.73. She has displayed good form, registering scores of 10, 15, and 37, alongside bowling returns of 0/27, 1/18, and 2/9. She can be relied upon for all-round efforts.
