Brisbane Heat women’s team will take on the Hobart Hurricanes women’s team in what will be the final match for this weekend in the women’s Big Bash season five. Both the teams are coming to this game on the back of a loss. While Brisbane Heat was beaten all ends up by the Perth Scorchers team, the Hobart hurricanes fell short by just three runs in the closely fought game.

For Brisbane heat except for Beth Mooney, no other batswoman has come good yet and the team Management would want their batting unit to support Beth Mooney. Their bowling also has been flat in the last two games which has created much of a concern for the defending champions. The Australian regulars in Jess Jonassen and Delissa Kimmince are yet to create an impact with the bowl.

Hobart Hurricanes came close to winning their third game on the trot, Nicola Carey has been their standout performer with the bat so far and likes of Fran Wilson and Heather knight would want to contribute to the team’s success going forward.

Weather and Pitch Report

The weather forecast for the matchday is bright and sunny. A score around 145 is expected with the new ball doing a bit.

Head to Head

In the previous five games, The Brisbane Heat women’s team has beaten Hobart Hurricanes women’s team thrice while losing two games. Predicting a winner for this game is a tough task
