Nation lost her place from the West Indies squad after some time, but in October 2016, she was recalled into the squad for the West Indies tour of India. Later, in October 2018, the Cricket Board of West Indies awarded her a women’s contract for the 2019-20 season. Then, in the same month, she was selected for the 2018 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in the West Indies. She also played in the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia in May 2021 and in October 2021, she was named in the West Indies team for the 2021 Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe. She was also selected in the West Indies squad for the 2022 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand.

Nation plays domestic cricket for Jamaica and the Guyana Amazon Warriors, apart from representing the Barbados Royals Women in the recent edition of the WCPL.
