Meet the Icons and Squads

Smriti Mandhana, India’s vice-captain and a multiple-time ICC award-winner, headlines the tournament as the icon player for Ratnagiri Jets. Fresh from captaining RCB to the 2024 WPL title, Smriti brings leadership and flair to a squad boasting depth across roles—highlighted by Gautami Naik, the team’s most expensive signing at ₹3.6 lakh via auction.

Raigad Royals have roped in the power-packed Kiran Navgire, known for her record-breaking 162* in the Women’s Senior T20 Trophy 2022. With 419 runs in 25 WPL matches, Kiran leads a 17-player contingent strengthened by high-bid signings like Isha Pathare and Bhavika Ahir (₹3.80 lakh each), ensuring a balanced mix of batters, bowlers, and all-rounders.

The heartbeat of Pune Warriors will be Anuja Patil, a veteran all-rounder whose career includes 48 T20 wickets and a fiery 122* with a 5-wicket haul in the Senior Women’s Inter Zonal Multi-Day Trophy 2023-24. Backed by ₹4.4 lakh signee Shweta Mane and a bowling-heavy 23-member squad, Pune looks primed for glory.

In perhaps the boldest move, Pushp Solapur have placed their trust in a teenage prodigy. 15-year-old Ishwari Awasare, fresh off India’s U-19 World Cup 2025 triumph and the ACC Asia Cup 2024 win, will lead the side. Her 481-run blitz in 8 matches during the U-19 One Day Trophy earned her top billing, while Tejal Hasabnis (₹4.4 lakh) brings explosive power to a strong 20-player squad.
