Amy Smith

The 20-year-old leg-spinner will be a key weapon for Australia A in the upcoming battles. She showcased her wicket-taking prowess in the 2024/25 WBBL, claiming 9 wickets from 8 innings for the Hobart Hurricanes at a stellar economy of 5.24 and an average of 14.55, with best figures of 3/17. Moreover, she has also demonstrated her match-winning potential in the Women’s National Cricket League, Australia’s premier 50-over domestic tournament, producing a brilliant 5/45 for Tasmania Tigers against Victoria Women.

Hollie Armitage

Hollie Armitage will be a crucial performer for England, carrying outstanding recent form into the fray. In the 2024/25 Women’s Super Smash, New Zealand’s domestic T20 competition, she scored 247 runs from a mere 7 innings at an average of 49.40, with her highest being 72*. Earlier last year, in the Charlotte Edwards Cup, she finished as second-highest run-scorer of the tournament with 323 runs from 10 matches at a rate of 35.88 with the highest score of 97.

Mahika Gaur

Mahika Gaur, left-arm fast-medium bowler of England A, has revealed her potential to provide bounce and movement with her bowling, which makes her a tricky challenge for batters. In the Charlotte Edwards Cup 2024, she took 4 wickets in just 2 innings, with best figures of 3/39, demonstrating her capability to grab wickets. In The Hundred, playing for the Manchester Originals, she contributed 4 more wickets from 6 matches, keeping an economy rate of 7.8.
