The England women’s team led by skipper Heather Knight were recently involved in a three-match T20I series against Pakistan. England completed a dominating whitewash (3-0) in the series. In their next assignment, the Heather Knight-led side will host New Zealand led by skipper Sophie Devine for a three-match ODI series followed by a five-match T20I series. “This five-match series against a strong New Zealand side is really important for us and also vital preparation as we build towards the T20 World Cup in Bangladesh.”. England Women’s head coach Jon Lewis speaks about the upcoming T20I series against New Zealand being an ideal preparation for the players ahead of the upcoming edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
