The Sunrisers led by skipper Kirstie Gordon have roped in the services of the 22-year-old pacer Sophie Munro for the ongoing Charlotte Edwards Cup. “It is great that we have been able to get Sophie in on loan. She is an excellent young pace bowling all-rounder with outstanding potential, but more importantly a strong track record in short form cricket with London Spirit. We are excited to be working with her over the upcoming period to deliver success for both Sophie and Sunrisers.” Sunrisers Head Coach Andy Tennant speaks about having a 22-year-old all-rounder onboard for the ongoing edition of the Charlotte Edwards Cup.
She has also represented London Spirit and Trent Rockets in the Women’s Hundred. The London Spirit have retained her for the upcoming 2024 edition of the Women’s Hundred.
